Melbourne at Twilight

On the first evening of our first visit to Melbourne in nearly five years, I wanted to capture a view of the city during the evening twilight.

After a nice meal and an even nicer bottle of vintage shiraz, I set up my camera rig for a shoot, and waited for the right light to be present as day became night.

Melbourne is a beautiful city at night, and I hope this view from Southbank does it justice.
